MAR2
MAR-2 is a detection control module that identifies the exact point of alarm along the linear heat sensitive cable.
It is of fundamental importance for long distance (for example road tunnels) to find in a very short time the area under fire condition.
Otherwise instead, MAR2 is ideal to detect incipient fires or increments of temperature in cable trays or in areas that are difficult to reach.
MAR2 is able to distinguish a fire alarm (short circuit) from a cable fault (broken cable).
- Avalaible intact mount version or stand alone.
- Up to 32 zone of linear heat cable.
- Each zone is capable of maximum length of 1000, 2000 or 5000 meters depending of the model.
- Error margin about± 1% for lenght of cable ranging from 0 to 5000mt and for variation of tamb within ± 20°C.
- LCD display for indicato of alarm in meters or feets.
- Event log for alarm and fault.
- RS485 connection up to 8 MAR2.
- NO/NC alarm output relay for each zone.
- NO/NC fault output relay for each zone.
- 4-20 mA analog output for each zone (0÷10Vdc)
- RS232 for remote supervision.
- Ethernet TCP/IP output.
